The position of SENIOR TOUR CONSULTANT – Germanics Specialist
involves operation of customised tours for Performing, Cultural, and Art groups:
• Communication with partner agencies and musical ensembles on a daily
basis (mostly in English and German)
• Communication with concert and travel services providers in Germany/
Austria incl. active search for such providers
• Assisting visiting groups during their stay
• Invoicing and cost control of individual projects
• The position involves occasional travel in central Europe
What we reqiure:
• A very good knowledge of Germanspeaking regions in Europe
• Interest in classical music, art, architecture and history
• Fluent spoken and written Czech, German and English languages
essential
• Passion for organizing the best tours and events, with great attention to
detail
• Fluency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to work under stress and independently
• Previous experience in MICE, travel and/or music industry is an
advantage
• Knowledge of other European and Asian languages is welcome
