We are looking for a well-organised and highly motivated person to join our friendly team of employees, ideally able to start working with us from January 2023.
Position of TOUR CONSULTANT involves operation of customised tours for Performing, Cultural, and Art groups:
• Communication with partner agencies and musical ensembles on a daily basis (mostly in English)
• Liaison with service providers (hotels, restaurants, bus companies, guides etc.)
• Liaison with music professionals, concert promoters, venues and other culture institutions
• Assisting visiting groups during their stay
• Ensuring that budgets of tours are met
• Preparing and issuing of invoices in accounting SW
• Verification and control of supplier invoices
What we reqiure:
• Customer orientation
• Passion for organizing the best tours and events, with high attention to detail
• Fluent spoken and written Czech and English languages essential
• Fluency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Pleasant, professional manner
• Ability to work under stress and independently
• Previous experience in MICE, travel and/or music industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of German language is an advantage
• Knowledge of other European languages is welcome
• Interest in classical music, art, architecture and history
